For all domestic orders, we offer complimentary shipping via FedEx 2nd Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air.  We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.  We insure all packages against theft and accidental damage while in transit.

If the purchased items are in stock, we will ship immediately.  If the items are not in stock and need to be made by our skilled bench, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date.  Estimated delivery time for items not in stock is typically 1-2 weeks.  If the items are ready earlier,  they will ship as soon as complete.  If you need your items immediately, please contact us at gallery@julez.com and we will determine if there is any way to accommodate your requests.
